FAQ
We offer a health guarantee for puppies purchased from us, for a period of 1 week after the delivery of the puppy, provided that the puppy is properly cared for. And we also provide a health guarantee up to 1 year for a hereditary life threatening genetic condition that directly led to the death of the puppy. In order to validate all these guarantees you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian at the buyer’s expense within 72 hours after the delivery of the dog. If the veterinarian attests with a written statement to the poor health of the dog within one week, or to the life threatening hereditary genetic condition that led to its death within one year, and after the dog is returned within 48 hours after the statement is made, where we will examine to confirm the validity with our own veterinarian, we will at our discretion provide you with a replacement puppy if available, or a refund.
We do not withhold food, and care for the well development, growth, and health of the puppy. In fact, we give our puppies nutrition that is high in protein by giving them real skinless chicken meat that was boiled.
All our puppies are registered with CKC ( Continental Kennel Club) and you will be provided with puppy registration forms, which you can send to receive your registration papers.
Vaccination and Health records will be provided to you. It will show the vaccinations and de-worming dates.
